Let's be honest.

You've probably spent enough time thinking about it already.

The business idea. The side hustle. The career change. The qualification. The creative project. The content you've been meaning to create. The thing sitting in your Notes app that pops back into your head every few weeks before getting shoved aside again.

You know what you want.

You might even know exactly what you need to do next.

But somehow another month goes by. Then another. Then before you know it, another year has passed and you're still standing in the same spot, wondering why everyone else seems to be moving while you're still trying to figure it all out.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

The problem isn't that you don't know enough

Most of the people I work with are smart. Incredibly smart.

They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, watched the YouTube videos and saved approximately 4,000 Instagram posts they'll definitely come back to one day.

The problem isn't a lack of information.

The problem is that knowing what to do and actually doing it are two completely different skills.

Many of us have spent years learning about ourselves, learning about ADHD, learning about autism, learning about productivity and trying to understand why things feel harder.

That understanding matters.

But at some point, self-awareness has to become action.

Because insight alone won't launch the business, apply for the job, start the project, create the content or change your life.

so what is ‘do the damn thing’?

Do The Damn Thing is a six-week challenge designed to help neurodivergent humans build momentum around a goal that matters to them.

If you've been sitting on this for months already, don't let another deadline pass you by while you think about it.

Not through shame.

Not through hustle culture.

Not through pretending you suddenly wake up at 5am and become a completely different person.

Through support, accountability, practical strategies and consistent action.

Over six weeks you'll be encouraged to stop waiting until you feel ready and start building evidence that you can trust yourself.

Because confidence doesn't magically appear before action.

Confidence grows when you repeatedly prove to yourself that you can do hard things.

Round two starts October 2026

what’s included:

Over the six weeks we'll come together for weekly workshops, training sessions, body doubling and live Q&A calls. All workshops will be recorded.

You'll get practical strategies to help you work with your brain rather than against it, regular opportunities to ask questions and troubleshoot challenges, and a community full of people who are all working on their own version of "the thing".

Plus - there isn’t a rabbit hole I haven’t stumbled down yet - so I can help you with everything from creating an offer, a website, social media and content creation, email marketing, YouTube videos - literally all of the things.

  • Weekly Live Workshops

Practical sessions designed to help you build momentum and keep moving forward. These will be 12pm NZT every Monday. Can’t make it live? Don’t stress, they’ll be recorded.

  • Weekly training drops

Short lessons covering the mindset, habits and strategies that actually help neurodivergent brains follow through - as well as any tech/tools that might be of use.

  • challenges & activities

Action-focused tasks designed to get you out of planning mode and into momentum.

  • weekly body doubling sessions

Dedicated time to work on your goal alongside other people doing the challenge.

  • Three live q&a calls

Get support, coaching, troubleshooting and encouragement throughout the challenge. These will be at different times to cater for different timezones.

  • private community

A space full of people working on their own version of "the thing" and cheering each other on.

This Is For You If...

  • You have more ideas than follow-through.

  • You keep waiting until you feel ready.

  • You've spent years consuming information but struggle to take action.

  • You're tired of another year passing without making progress.

  • You know you're capable of more than you're currently giving yourself credit for.

  • You're ready to stop overthinking and start moving.

Cohort two kicks off October 5th

If you've been sitting on this for months already, don't let another deadline pass you by while you think about it.

meet your host

A few years ago I was sitting on a whole pile of ideas and absolutely no follow-through. I knew what I wanted. I just couldn't seem to get myself moving.

I'd spend weeks researching something, convince myself I needed more information, get distracted by a different idea, then start the whole cycle again.

When I was diagnosed with ADHD (and later autism), a lot of things finally made sense.

But understanding my brain wasn't enough on its own. I still had to learn how to take action. I still had to learn how to back myself. I still had to learn how to stop waiting until I felt ready. Just over a year ago I had finally hit 331 followers after a year of posting. Now? I’ve got an audience of over 70,000.

And if there's one thing I've learned, it's this: you don't need more potential. You need more evidence.

Evidence that you can start.
Evidence that you can keep going.
Evidence that you can trust yourself.

That's what this challenge is all about.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?

I've coached hundreds of ADHD and autistic humans through exactly this. The overthinking loop. The "I'll start when I feel ready." The idea that's been sitting in the Notes app for two years.

Every single client who's built momentum did it the same way. Not with more information. With small, unsexy, consistent action and someone in their corner making sure they didn't quietly disappear.

That's what this challenge is built on. And check out what some of my clients have to say about working with me below…

FAQs

What if I don't know exactly what my ‘thing’ is yet?

1

That's completely fine. Some people will join knowing exactly what they're working towards. Others will have a handful of ideas and no clue which one to choose.

You don't need a five-year plan, you don't even need a six-week plan. You just need a willingness to show up and start figuring it out.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

2

Life happens.

All workshops, training sessions and Q&A calls will be recorded, so if work, family, appointments or your brain getting its days mixed up gets in the way, you'll still be able to catch up.

Live is great, but it's not essential.

Honestly? I don't care.

Whether you're formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, waiting for an assessment or simply find that traditional productivity advice has never worked particularly well for you, you're welcome here.

What if I don't have an ADHD or autism diagnosis?

3

will there be 1:1 coaching or support?

4

No - this is not 1:1 support. There will be plenty of opportunities to pick my brain and ask questions, but it is very much a group setting.

Do you offer refunds?

5

Here's my only ask. Show up to week 1. If it's genuinely not landing for you, email me and we'll sort it out. No guilt trip, no hard sell to stay. We can even swap it out for a 1:1 session instead.

I'm not interested in taking your money for something that doesn't help you. I'm interested in you finally doing the damn thing.
