stop figuring it out alone

You'd be surprised what a difference it makes when you've got people in your corner who actually get it.

The Dopamine Club is a community for late-diagnosed AuDHD humans working out who they are, how their brain ACTUALLY works, and what they want next. No neurotypical rulebook. No shame. Just your people, doing the damn thing together.

Inside:

  • Live body doubling sessions

  • A live monthly workshop

  • Live Q&A with me

  • Community chat with people who get it

  • The full course and workshop library

  • The AuDHD Transformation Blueprint, included

DOORS OPEN OCTOBER 26th!

For when you know where you're going and need the momentum to get there.

Do The Damn Thing is my 3-month programme for people who are done thinking about it and ready to build. Fortnightly workshops, co-working sessions for your finances (yes, the scary stuff), Shoot Your Shot sessions, and a group of people who'll hold you to it.

Doors open once a quarter, so get on the waitlist and you'll hear first.

Scared to leave the "safe" job? Same. I halved my income and I wouldn't change it for the world.

But I won't glamourise the leap. It takes a LOT of fucking work, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with taking a job that is safety while you build.

The real question is: what's the cost of NOT doing this?

When work is breaking you, and you need someone fully in your corner.

Most people who book 1:1 with me come in because work has broken them. Burnt out. Misread. Told they're "too much". You KNOW you're capable, but you can't perform right now.

I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to help you understand yourself. Every session is led by you, and we work on the stuff underneath: your energy, your RSD, speaking up at work, and what you actually want next.

Spots are limited because I work with my own energy too. Practise what you preach and all that.

Plot twist: a lot of my clients get their workplace to pay for it. Want yours to cover coaching? Ask me for my template.

Don’t have any work issues but need help sorting out the chaos of having a brain like mine? Also totally fine.

I will help you build systems and understand yourself in a way that you’ve never been able to before.

From $190 NZD for a single session.

  • All ages, stages and phases. I work with men, woman, LGBTQI+, spring chickens and the refined, more experienced folk.

  • Maybe you’re climbing the career ladder, navigating a change in work, starting a new business, running a side-hustle, or just trying to keep on top of the f*cking laundry.

  • You're newly diagnosed, or suspect (no gatekeeping here), and rebuilding how you think about yourself

  • You're tired of advice that assumes your brain runs like everyone else's

who do I work with?

  • You want a bunch of templates that you’ll download, do for a week, then forget they exist and fall back into a shame spiral

  • You’re in crisis mode with some big emotional changes going on

  • You’re pretty happy being stuck in a constant loop and repeating the same behaviours over and over again.

  • You are not in a financial position to commit to coaching.

  • You just want someone to ‘fix’ you. Spoiler alert - you don’t need fixing, you need understanding.
